Privacy Policy
We collect and process personal data to provide services, respond to inquiries, manage accounts, process payments, and improve the platform.
Information We Collect
- Identity and Contact: name, email, phone, company details.
- Verification: Aadhaar last 4 digits, PAN last 4 digits, government ID filename and issuing authority (for PayLater/EMI verification). We do not store full Aadhaar numbers.
- Payment: masked transaction IDs and billing metadata via secure payment gateways.
- Usage and Technical: device info, IP (truncated), pages viewed, referrers, analytics cookies.
How We Use Data
- Account creation, authentication, and service delivery.
- Risk assessment, KYC and fraud checks for PayLater/EMI.
- Customer support, project management, and service updates.
- Analytics and improvement; marketing only with consent/legitimate interest.
Data Sharing
We may share data with vendors (hosting, analytics, payments, KYC), professional advisors, or as required by law. No sale of personal data.
Retention
We retain data for as long as needed for contractual, accounting, tax, or legal reasons, then delete or anonymize it.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request access, correction, deletion, data portability, and consent withdrawal. Contact privacy@hatchrix.com.

Terms of Service
Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of Hatchrix’s website, membership plans, and custom services (branding, web, app, video, animation, PR, R&D prototype, pitch decks, and related consulting).
Engagement & Deliverables
- Work begins after scope sign-off and initial payment or approved PayLater/EMI.
- Deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria appear in the signed proposal, SOW, or order form.
- Client responsibilities include timely inputs, approvals, and access to required systems.
Payments
- Fees are due as per plan or SOW. Late payments may pause services.
- Taxes and payment gateway fees may apply as per law.
- PayLater/EMI subject to separate terms and approval.
Use Restrictions
- No misuse, unlawful use, reverse engineering of proprietary tools or assets.
- No posting of infringing, harmful, or illegal content via our systems.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
Liability
Liability is limited to direct damages capped at fees paid in the preceding three months for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach after notice and cure period. Upon termination, due fees for work performed remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the agreed jurisdiction (e.g., Patna/Mumbai) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Membership Plans: 7-day refund if no deliverable or consultation has been consumed.
- Custom Projects: Refunds are milestone-based and limited to unspent effort at time of cancellation.
- Digital Assets (logos, videos, code, templates): non-refundable once delivered or source files shared.
- Workshops / Events: transferable to another date; refunds at Hatchrix discretion if event is cancelled.

PayLater & EMI Terms (India)
Eligibility & KYC
- Available for verified founders and registered businesses in India.
- KYC may include PAN, Aadhaar last 4 digits, business proof (GST/MSME), address proof, and bank statements (masked).
Assessment
- Credit and risk assessment conducted by Hatchrix or partners. Approval is not guaranteed.
- We may require a security deposit for high-risk scopes.
Repayment
- Repayments follow the schedule in your approval letter.
- Late fees and service pauses apply for missed payments.
- Upgrades or extra scope require re-evaluation.
Data Handling
Verification data is processed strictly for KYC/AML and risk decisions and retained per lawful basis. We minimize storage of sensitive IDs.
Intellectual Property, NDA & Confidentiality
IP Ownership
- Upon full payment, final approved deliverables are assigned to the client, excluding third-party stock, fonts, or open-source licenses.
- We retain rights to internal libraries, methods, and reusable components.
NDA & Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep confidential information strictly confidential and use it only for the project.
- Confidentiality exclusions include information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained without restriction.
- Physical signatures and government ID copies may be required for sensitive projects.
Non-Solicitation (Optional)
Clients and contractors may agree not to solicit each other’s employees or contractors for a defined period (e.g., 6–12 months) during and after the engagement.
Security, Data Processing & Compliance
- We follow reasonable technical and organizational measures: SSO where available, least-privilege access, audit logs, encryption in transit, and periodic reviews.
- Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) can be executed with enterprise clients upon request.
- Where applicable, we align with Indian IT Act 2000, SPDI Rules 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Cross-border transfers may occur with safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent).
Dispute Resolution
Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed mutually. Venue and language shall be specified in the SOW or order form.
Notices
Official notices must be sent to legal@hatchrix.com and to the registered address of TTR Labs Pvt. Ltd. Notices are deemed received upon email delivery confirmation and two business days after courier dispatch.
Changes to This Page
We may update these documents to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Material updates will be notified on this page with a new effective date.
