Hatchrix is a brand managed by TTR Labs Private Limited. This policy governs the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for services, membership plans, and products offered by Hatchrix.

General Refund Request Procedure
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted via email to billing@hatchrix.com.
To ensure a timely review, your request must include the following:
- Your Order ID / Invoice Number.
- The Specific Service Scope or Membership Plan being cancelled.
- A detailed Reason for the refund or cancellation request.
1. Custom Projects (Branding, Web, App, Video, R&D, etc.)
Custom project refunds are processed based on the status of the signed Scope of Work (SOW) and the effort expended up to the date of the cancellation request.
- Milestone-Based Refunds: Refunds are limited to the fees collected for future, unspent effort and uncommenced milestones.
- Work Performed: Fees corresponding to milestones completed, deliverables approved, or effort already expended (even if a milestone is incomplete) are non-refundable.
2. Membership Plans (Subscription/Retainer)
- 7-Day Refund Window: For new membership sign-ups, you are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is received within seven (7) calendar days of payment, provided no deliverable, consulting session, or dedicated work has been consumed or commenced under the plan.
- Post-7 Day: After the initial 7-day period, membership fees are non-refundable. Services may be terminated effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Digital Assets and Products
This category includes ready-made digital goods such as logos, videos, code templates, presentation decks, and specific documentation.
- Non-Refundable Upon Delivery: Digital Assets are non-refundable once the final file or the source file has been delivered or shared with the client, as they cannot be returned.
4. Workshops and Events
- Transferability: Fees paid for workshops, seminars, or events are generally transferable to another date or another attendee if a cancellation notice is provided in advance.
- Refund Discretion: Refunds for workshops or events are granted at the sole discretion of Hatchrix, particularly if the event itself is cancelled by the Company.
5. PayLater & EMI Services
Clients utilizing PayLater or EMI financing options agree to the separate terms associated with that service.
- Cancellation Impact: The refund amount for a custom project (per Section 1) will first be applied to discharge any outstanding financed balance due to Hatchrix or its partners.
- Financing Changes: Any requests for service upgrades, scope changes, or downgrades will require a re-evaluation and re-approval of the original PayLater/EMI arrangement.
